Leadership Agility

Research-led advisory services relating to the psychology of leadership agility, including consumer insights, leadership and organisation development, team collaboration and communication.

Applied Skills:

Consumer psychology and behavioural change, research and statistical methods, social psychology of groups and individuals, cognition, human capital consulting, talent management, negotiation and influence, decision making and heuristics, differential psychology, the psychology of resilience and agility

Experience:

• Research thesis investigating the use of serious games to assess the performance and mental agility of a population of international senior managers in a global consumer goods company
• Collaboration with Dr Dimitrios Tsivrikos (CPsychol AFBOsS), a highly experienced academic, consultant and advisor in consumer psychology, and a Senior Lecturer at University College London.
• Deep practical experience of complex and international organisational change programmes
